You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. shell88 will not be liable for any loss arising from disclosure of your password to third parties. Identity verification process may be required before certain functions such as fund withdrawal are activated. Documents requested for verification purposes include valid identity card or passport. Failure to provide required documents within the specified period may result in delayed withdrawals or temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that use of the shell88 platform complies with laws and regulations in force in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Using software, bots or automated scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
Engaging in fraud, identity falsification or any illegal activity.
Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.

Shell88 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action including suspending accounts, confiscating illegally acquired balances or reporting to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the shell88 platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software is the property of shell88 or parties who have licensed to us. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the shell88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made through available local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX and online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.

Fund withdrawals are processed according to established standard procedures. Users must ensure registered bank information is accurate and up to date. shell88 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by inaccurate information or incomplete verification procedures.

Any bonuses or promotions received are subject to stipulated wagering conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements are met. shell88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse. 5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

Shell88 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
User violates any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
Registration information found to be false or misleading.
Account inactive for an extended period in accordance with our inactive account policy.
Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to necessary compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

Accounts suspended pending investigation will remain inaccessible until the investigation is complete. shell88 will notify users of the investigation outcome via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
